If I could give it less than one star I would!

This scale won't last. Just days out of warranty the Bluetooth quit working and all I was offered was a 10% discount to buy a new one. This company doesn't stand behind the products it sells. Buyer beware. The scale wasn't even kept in the bathroom so I imagine if it was it would have failed even earlier. The scale gave us a change battery notice and when we did the Bluetooth would no longer sync with the app. Renpho admitted it was a hardware fault and still wouldn't replace it. Here is there response…We've carefully reviewed the timeline of your order, noting the purchase date of September 26, 2023, and the subsequent shipping date of October 12, 2023. Considering your location in Kauai, Hawaii, we recognize the additional time it would take for the delivery to be completed.While we strive to stand by our products and honor our warranty commitments, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a replacement for your scale. Our policy states that the warranty period begins on the purchase date, and while we understand that the shipping and delivery times were extended, our system must adhere to the original term as outlined in our warranty conditions.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. When it syncs, it works great

This is great to use for keeping track of weight and metrics. You are supposed to have the option to store 20 measurements on this scale and sync later, but that option only works about 75% of the time.
